In Interview for Finance Fresher at Pune

We invite you for a walk in drive for State Street HCL, one of the giant Investment Banking organizations in India. Those who are looking forward for a bright career in IB and want to grow organically can walk in directly on the below mentioned venue.
Venue: HCL Technologies Ltd, Ground floor, Tower 7, Magarpatta city, Pune
DATE: 25th August Saturday, 2019
TIMING: 10:00 AM TO 12:00 PM
Kindly read the below eligibility criteria before coming for the Interview.
Eligibility:
1- Good communication Skills
2- Should be a fresher Finance & Commerce stream from 2019 batch pass out (candidates with ATKT/backlog are not allowed)
3- Should be comfortable working in US shifts (night).
4- Should be flexible with travelling for training purpose for the period of 2-3 months (If required)
Qualification required:
MBA, Mcom, MA, BBA (Economics), BMS, BBM, Bcom, BA (Economics / Commerce), BFA, BBI & BAF
Interview Rounds:
The interview process includes 3 steps:
1. Written test of 90 minutes
2. Personal Interview Round- 1
3. Personal Interview Round- 2
Work Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)
Shift: 5 days a week, 2 days off
(Pre-dominantly night shifts)
*Cabs available for night shifts
Role:
Analyst - Investment Banking
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have good knowledge of Accounting, Capital Markets, Mutual fund industry, servicing of institutional assets (funds) and the various intermediaries.
-Knowledge of instruments like Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, FX, Bank Debts, etc.
-Highly proficient in MS office Excel, Word, Outlook
-Should be ready to relocate to Pune/Chennai/Coimbatore and work in night shift
Key Responsibilities / Functions / Role:
-Work with and assist other associates in meeting common goals
Partner with TLs, managers, and support teams to deliver accurate and timely financial information to clients.
-Analyze unique and recurring situations, come up with solutions and continuously improve processes, all with limited management interaction
-Develop expertise with few repetitions
-Update and follow existing tracking mechanism, log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults so that the recon process adhere to the specified timelines
-Should be willing to work in shifts
Walk in with an updated resume, passport size photo, a pen and one govt. ID proof in original and photocopy.
