Would electronically receive scanned documents from the clinic which needs to be indexed and filed in the electronic health record. Will need to abstract relevant information from these documents in respective patients account. The filed and abstracted data will be approved / rejected by the physician. Rejected document needs to be corrected and resent for physician approval.

Job Description:

Understand clinical and non-clinical documents received from the clinic

Understand the document type for filing the document

Understand the naming convention for indexing the document

Abstract relevant clinical data like impression from diagnostic or lab reports in patients electronic account

For rejected documents understand physicians feedback and correct accordingly

Send back the data to the clinic that needs action from front office

Working on electronic health record (EHR) application
