- Candidate
should be MCSE/MCITP certified on 2003/2008
windows
track.
- Should have good understanding of TCP/IP and networking
- Should have good understanding of TCP/IP and networking
concepts.
- Good knowledge in desktop, servers OS installation, configurations, management, recovery, migration and updates.
- Should have good knowledge in Active directory, DNS, IIS and at least basic understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of MS Exchange, SharePoint would be plus.
- Must have good written and communication skills.
- Should have good understanding and knowledge about IT processes and standard like ITIL/ISO, ticketing system, escalation process, and vendor management.
- Availability to support the infrastructure on 24X7X365 basis.
- His key job responsibility would be installation, configurations,
