Position: CSA for Ecommerce Voice Process at Tech Mahindra (BSG Division)

Eligibility:

Any Under Graduate & Graduate (Fresher & Experience) both can apply

Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi without any Grammatical Error/ MTI

Accurately and efficiently, handle customer via calling the shortest possible time.

Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team that can be worked to meet the customer's problem

Candidate should be comfortable to work with 24*7 shifts.

Should take ownership to resolute customer issue (ensure 100% problem solving ability).
