Job Description:-

·         Helping clients solve queries with computers and Peripherals.

·         Handling clients information with Integrity and Sensitivity.

·         Resolving Escalations from Clients.

·         Maintaining client data and troubleshooting if required.

Job Criteria: -

·         Any Graduate/Undergraduate (FRESHER & EXPERIENCED(0-2 years))

·         Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in rotational night shifts.
