Description:
- Experience oncontinuous manufacturing,
DCS, or SCADA will be preferred.
- A person shouldhave work experience as a
Shift/Plant in charge for a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Should be able tohandle Manpower &
shop floor activities effectively.
- Adjust the manpowerof the shift as per
process requirement
- Awareness aboutSafety procedures at plant
scale systems.
- ProductionPlanning, scheduling &
control.
- Experience in toexecute the production as
per production plan & to achieve the target ofproduction along with
Quality & Yield
- Responsible for The smooth operation of
continuous PLC based manufacturing plant as per cGMP
- Responsible forplanning and issue of Raw
material, Intermediates, Recovered Solvent and SpentSolvent Management
etc. during the process as per production Plan
- To Fill & review the filled BMR, BCR,
BPR & other production-related documents
- To perform troubleshooting activities in
the production area, investigation report preparation forOOS, OOT, and
Incidents and prepares CAPA
- To impart trainingto Junior production
personnel
- Have a greatcommunication skills
- Have a greatinterest in learning New
Software & Methods of Working ( Such as Six Sigma)
- Havecommand on Microsoft Office for quick
report drafting.
Education: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc
