Job description:
  • Provides solutions to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
  • Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • To Handle chat and mail support.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
Entry Level Skills and Qualifications:
Problem Solving, Help Desk Experience, Verbal Communication, Phone Skills, Customer Service, Quality Focus
Good Communication Skills to handle international clients (UK &US )
Candidates who are working in BPO having experience in communicating with international clients can also apply
Experience: 0-2 yrs | Any Graduates
