CTC to be Offered: Upto 250000 LPA + Incentives

Grade to be Offered: M1- Assistant Manager ( On the role of Kotak Mahindra Bank )

No. of Position: 40+

Job profile :

• To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account.
• Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
• Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
• Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
• Should be well-groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities
• Maximum Age Limit - 28 yrs

Preferred candidate From banking, Insurance, Stockbroking, NBFC and Telecom

Note - Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role which he/she applied for.

Qualification required:

Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in direct field sales Freshers can also apply
