Job Description: We have requirement
for the post of Windows Systems Administrator in Mindtree !
• Focus on Windows Systems
Administration for HQ or Country Office based instances of Microsoft Windows
2008 and Windows 2012
• Install, configure, and
troubleshoot Microsoft 208/2012 servers and other Microsoft products in bank
headquarters and local offices
• Cloud infrastructure support
including Azure and AWS
• Install, configure, and
troubleshoot Bank standard hardware and firmware (currently Mindtree)
• Provide remote assistance and
support to IT staff in the different regions and end-users, when necessary
• Provide support for server backup
& monitoring
• Provide support for
File/Print/Anti-virus servers
• Provide in-depth analysis and
problem resolution for complex operating environments involving Microsoft, IBM,
and EMC
• Determine the impact of requirements
on the existing architecture, systems, and work processes and work with
affected areas to ensure the proper review/communication of requirements and
integration
