Job description Respond to customer queries via inbound calls within defined SLA s ,troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Active directory ,DNS,DHCP, O365,Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base.Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups Skills Strong knowledge of Ticketing tool Effective Business Communication Basic technical knowledge.
