Role Purpose: As a Subject Matter Expert, the purpose of this role is to comply to
the regulatory requirements with respect to cGMP Training to all employees at
the site. This includes, Development of Technical Training Materials, Imparting
training, Coordinate, Track & Monitor all training related activities.
Organize external training.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible
for Management of Technical Training activities of all the employees at Site.
2. As a
MyUniversity Administrator ( Learning Management System, LMS ) carry out
Assignment, Tracking , Monitoring of training & Content development.
3. New
Joiners Training: Employee shall be responsible for following activities
a) TC
Allocation, Issuance and Preapproval
b)
Introductory Training about Functional Activities & Plant Round
c)
Impart Class Room as well as On the Job Training
d)
Provide Questionnaires and training material
e)
Complete Evaluation and Post approval
4.
Conducting Classroom Trainings on regular basis to the existing employees on
a)
Quality Management System Related Training
b)
Computer Based Training
c) cGMP
d) Good
Documentation Practices
e) Data
Integrity
f)
Personal Hygiene and safety
5.
Identify Training Needs, Develop Training Materials, impart training. Carry out
Training Effectiveness Check annually.
6. Preparation, review & updating of Training related documents.
7. Follow up & Co-ordination for training's with concerned department.

Support Implementation and Resolve issues wrt MyUniversity for other sites of
Mylan.

Coordinate and Organize External Training as per the needs
