We have an urgent opening for IT Service Desk Analyst with our own organisation for Greater Noida Location. Interview will be Telephonic / Video with shortlisted candidates. PFB the Job Description:-
Job Description:
  • Role- Service Desk Agent L1 / L-1.5
  • Role Description- System Engineer.
  • Experience- 1.5 Yrs. to 5 Yrs.
  • Job location- NIIT Technologies, Greater Noida, India
  • Job Timing- 24*7
  • Cab Facility- Availaible for Both Side
  • Notice Period- Immediate / One week.
Technical expertise areas:-
  • Technical helpdesk or technical call centre experience is preferred.
  • Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
  • Hands-on work experience with the following.
  • Working knowledge of Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
  • Windows Operating systems : Windows10.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (User access management).
  • ITSM ticketing tool – Service Now.
  • Knowledge of remote desktop connectivity applications.
  • Troubleshooting knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Firefox).
  • Support for laptop, desktops, and printers All applicants must be open to 24/7 work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:-
  • Handling calls/emails/web tickets as per defined SLA,
  • Opening trouble tickets and routing as per the defined process, resolving Service requests, remotely resolve issues.
Good to have:-
  • Customer-focused
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting issues, remote access issues
  • Excellent written and spoken skills (English), active listening skills
  • Able to articulate and speak with clear voice
  • Able to understand the business’s objectives
  • Good team player
  • Must have basic technical knowledge of all technology used for the business processes.
  • Reporting structure Will report Team Leader
Certification:-
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Training is must.
  • ITIL 4 Certified preferred.
