M. Pharm / MS Pharm with 7 - 9 years
of experience in formulation development of Parenteral products. Has deep
knowledge of varied aspects or a specialized aspect of a discipline like
lyophilization, Aseptic processing, solid state characterization.
Job Description
The candidate will work in the laboratory and
assist in the design and execution of products within a dynamic, team-oriented
environment and assist in the development and completion of experimental
studies to provide safe, efficient, robust and scalable processes. Propose and
identify efficient and robust manufacturing process. Laboratory
experimentation, participation on formulation project team and work in
collaboration with scientists from Analytical R&D and other disciplines
such as engineering to further develop and optimize the process. Interpretation
of analytical data to drive synthetic experimental plans and ability to utilize
electronic tools (such as electronic notebook) to document information. A
willingness to learn and apply new technology to process development challenges
is required. Participate in the preparation of technical transfer documents for
manufacture internally or at third parties. Compliance on safety and regulatory
requirements is expected and documented through our internal training program.
Participate in key initiatives for AT and contribute to continuous improvement
work in the department and advancement of the Process (formulation) discipline
through technology, workflow or business impact Independent, science-based, and
innovative thinking, and the ability to mine scientific literature and
databases where appropriate. Understands the principles of operation of
specialized scientific equipment and teaches subordinates how to operate the
equipment. Effective contribution to the raw material/supply chain quality
related investigation and extending the work till fixing the problem. Remains
competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing
professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development
training, and attending training and/or courses required by the supervisor.
