Location & Exp: Pune | 2 - 8 years of experience

Job Description:

Must-Have

1. Graduation from any stream

  2. Strong skills in J to E and E to J interpretation. Extensive experience in handling customer meetings and concalls 

3. Excellent ability in grasping customer requiremenNts 

4. Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication and listening skills 5. Excellent ability to ensure smooth communication between the customer and the organization

Good to Have: 

1. Knowledge of MS Office.

 2. Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage timelines

 3. Strong ability in email writing in Japanese

 4. Experience of using Translation tools like Trados
