Location : AMBIT IT PARK, AMBATTUR - Chennai.
Interview
Process : Telephonic & Zoom (Strictly no walk-in Interviews)

Note : Applicants should be in Chennai Location.
Experience:
1-4 yrs
Roles & Responsibility:
* The
person would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting
technical issues related to operating systems / Routers / Modems & ISP
related issues.
* A Good
Team Player
* Prior
Experience in Technical Support Process/ Customer support process would be an
added advantage.
Eligibility:

Graduation is Mandatory.( Any degree/ 10+Diploma/10+12+Diploma is applicable).
*
Excellent Communication skills (English).
* Work
Time: US Time Zones (Night Shifts)
* Notice
Period : Immediate Joiners / Upto 15 days notice is acceptable.
