Walk-in Drive For Production API Division
Experience: 4-6 yrs
Roles and Responsibilities
1. A person should have work
experience as a Shift/Plant in charge for minimum 2-3 years.
2. Should be able to handle
Manpower & shop floor activities effectively.
3. Adjust the manpower of the
shift as per process requirement
4. Awareness about Safety
procedures at plant scale systems.
5. Production Planning,
scheduling & control.
6. Experience in to execute the
production as per production plan & to achieve the target of production along
with Quality & Yield
7. Responsible for Smooth
operation of continuous PLC based manufacturing plant as per cGMP
8. Responsible for planning and
issue of Raw material, Intermediates, Recovered Solvent and Spent Solvent
Management etc. during process as per production Plan
9. To Fill & review the
filled BMR, BCR, BPR & other production related documents
10. To perform trouble shooting activities in production
area, investigation report preparation for OOS, OOT, and Incidents and prepares
CAPA
11. To impart training to Junior production personnel
12. Have a great communication skills
13. Have command on Microsoft Office for quickly report
drafting
NOTE: Work location : Bibinagar / Choutuppal / Vangapalli.
