Wipro DO& P is Hiring min 1 yr to 2 Yrs of exp into Payment Risk/ Fraud Analysis.

Job Description:-

• Able to investigate Financial Fraud and action system generated queued reviews for potential chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, gift card fraud, fraudulent coupons, chargeback categorization
• Help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about clients products
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
• Escalate issues to SMEs/QAs

Required Skills Set:-

• Language requirements: Able to read & write in English along with good Native language skills
• Should be a Graduate and NO Post Graduate especially (MBA/ MCA)
• Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Personal experience using internet websites and social communication tools
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
• Strong articulation skills
• Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business
