Educational Qualification

• Any UG Qualification for Experienced Associates / Graduation is Mandatory for Freshers with excellent communication skills (Preferably From Technical Background)

Work Experience - 0-5 years experience in Service Desk environment

Technical Skills :

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook

• Basic Desktop troubleshooting
• IE & Outlook troubleshooting
• Windows 10 troubleshooting
• Installation of Microsoft applications

• Skype & O365 troubleshooting

• Share point (Access Provisioning & Troubleshooting)
• Folder Access • AD Account Management
• Creation, Modification & Deletion of accounts
• Password Reset

• Account un-lock

• Adding users to security group in AD
• VPN troubleshooting •
• Hands-on experience in Ticketing tools.

Other Essential Skills Customer Service Skills Good communication skills Written & Verbal.
