Interview process:- Telephonic
Designation:- Customer Service Associate
Job role:- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on
a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems,
and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing
forms and record logs.
Required Skills: - Basic computer knowledge. Good communication skills.
Qualification: - 10+2 / Diploma with Min 6 Month Experience in BPO or Graduate Fresher
Exp: - Fresher and Experience both can apply
Salary:- 180000 Lac PA
Stipend:- 4k in Training period of
20-25 Days
Mandatory Languages :- English,
Hindi & Marathi
* Laptop/Desktop ( Windows 8,9 or
10) Stable internet connectivity( Wifi- Dongle) necessary for WFH
Shift Timing: - Day Rotational ( no night shift for Females)
