an opening for Senior Executive - Packing for our formulations
plant manufacturing tablets, capsules catering to emerging markets in
Chandapura in Bangalore.
Qualification and Skill Set
Required:
B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy
with 5 to 8 years of experience in Blister Packing or Bottle Packing or Sachets
Packing from Pharma company
Experience
in Serialization & Aggregation (as per US/EU module) knowledge is
mandatory.
Involved
in full Life cycle to implement Data matrix printing & inspection on
container label, Mono-carton. Aggregation of Bottle / Mono-carton with
shippers.
He/ She
should have exposure in the tamper evident security seal labels Equipments.
QMS :
Person Should be familiar with investigating the Complaints and deviations.
Should
have basic knowledge in Excel/Word/PPT/SAP.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identification and fixation: Area and equipment trains selections and
scale-up/scale down activities.

Evaluation of process suitability: Capable to evaluate the process suitability
and strategizing the implementation plans.

Capable to handle QMS events: Change controls, Deviation & Root cause
investigations.

Capable to handle site transfer projects: Independent review of tech packs for
identification of gaps. Trouble shooting during feasibility trials of the
external transfer products. Basic knowledge on analytical interpretations and
project planning.
