Vacancy for Production / QC Departments @ Attivaram, (Agro Division)

PRODUCTION OPERATORS (FORMULATION PLANT) IN AGRO DIVISION (PESTICIDES)

Qualification: 10+2 in science background or ITI electrical

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Production operator with operating knowledge of Liquid Filling Line consisting of Bottle Unscrambler, Multi Head Liquid Filling and Capping Machine, Bottle Check Weigher, Labelling Machine, Dosing Cup Inserter, Outserter , Bottle Shrink Wrapping Machine, Case Wrapping Machine etc

• Oversee the entire production process of a given facility.
• Manage both the workers and the equipment within their plant.
• To ensure that the production process runs safely and smoothly and that the plant produces quality results
• Coordinate their efforts with technical and supervisory team for smooth production.
• Maintain the housekeeping.

PRODUCTION OFFICER (FORMULATION PLANT) IN AGRO DIVISION (PESTICIDES)
Qualification: Graduate in Chemistry or Graduate with Agri chemistry
Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in Agro Chemical Production
Hands of experience on formulation manufacturing process on agro chemicals, Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, product specifications.

• Monitoring the process efficiencies and progress of process closely and set benchmarks for consistence.
• Monitoring and control of specific production operations, product handling, packaging, product Identification and co-ordination for dispatch activities with QC / QA / SCM.
• Monitoring and maintenance of raw material / product inventory in co-ordination with seniors.
• Achieving the production targets by proper Production, raw material planning in co-ordination with supply chain management.
• Maintenance of production equipment in coordination with maintenance Department.
• Authorized to raise and review the change control and deviation reports.
• Maintenance of production related documents and quality records. traceability from finished product to raw materials.
• Adherence to safety, health and environment norms and pollution control.
• To follow the established procedures and policies of the company pertaining to EHS management system.

QC CHEMIST (FORMULATION PLANT) IN AGRO DIVISION (PESTICIDES)

Qualification: Graduate in chemistry
Experience: 2 - 4 years hands on work experience in QC lab.
Candidate should have experience in Analytical instruments operation and testing process.

• Shall be responsible for testing and documentation wrt product specification and test methods.
• Shall be responsible for calibration of equipment.
• Shall be maintain the quality control SOPs and documentation, To relentlessly drive the crop protection practices.
• Maintain the safety policy wrt chemical handling and storage in lab & Maintain the house keeping of the lab.

Work Location: ATTIVARAM VILLAGE, OZILI MANDAL, NELLORE DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH.
