Roles and Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting IT Asset related issues
& resolve the same.
- Maintaining, installing of Operating
Systems, desktop / Office Automation software, as and when required. In
addition to this, updating of Business application software through
upgrades provided by TPL & other services, such as relocation of
Systems, adding / removing accessories, attachment or other devices
peripherals.
- Installing, reloading, reconfiguration,
updating of any desktop client machine for office automation software,
e-mail under Exchange environment, Internet explorer, Intranet, Internet
etc., as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or Diploma in relevant domains.
- Good experience in network and server
administration.
- Minimum 6 month experience as IT Engineer
in BPO sector.
