Job Description
Job Location- Gurgaon
Job Title- YSA ( Chat Process )
Work Type- 6 months Contractual
Role.
Work Shifts -9.5 hours a day.
Working Days- 5 days working
(Monday to Friday) however if required to work on an additional day, salary for
that additional day will be paid.
Transport- Currently Work From
Home however once office resumes, nodal pick up and drop facility will be
provided
Salary - 15000 PM
Internet Reimbursement- Maximum up
to Rs 1000 PM or actual ( original bills provided )
Requirements-
- Must have wifi connectivity with a speed
of atleast 25 MBPS.
- Must have a laptop/ desktop.
- Good communication skills.
- Good typing speed.
Roles And Responsbilities-
- Understand all applications and tools
required to day to day job
- Understand how to navigate the claims
SOPs
- Understand all YSA plan types and
relation to claims processing
- Have a working knowledge of key clients
and variances therein (details to be found in the SOP)
