4 JOB DESCRIPTION

To perform various machining operations such as Milling, Turning, grinding etc.
on Metal components as per specifications provided for manufacturing SAFETY
& CRITICAL COMPONENTS for all major OEs & OEMs with Zero defects.
It involves continuous monitoring, inspecting the components and meeting
production targets

Watching gauges, dials and other Ideating for possible alternate indicators options

7 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for machine operation, loading parts,
• operating controls, setting offsets, a preliminary inspection of quality
conformance
• Ensure production rates are achieved
• Detects and report to the line-in charges / Supervisors upon
malfunctioning of the equipment
• Suggests and implement improvements
• Follow the company's culture of quality, service, continuous
improvement and core values
• Performing routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment
