Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of Reactors, Mixing Vessels, Centrifuges, Vacuum Tray Driers, Tray Driers., Vacuum pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Self-Priming Pumps and Scrubber Systems.

2. Installation, commissioning and handling of API / Bulk drug manufacturing equipment and related documentation.

3. Planning and Execution of Preventive Maintenance of Utility Equipment & HVAC Validation to ensure proper functioning of plant.

4. Carrying out Predictive & Breakdown maintenance.

5. Handling of documentation related to Engineering department (raising of change control, CAPA, handling of deviations).

1.     To observe lab validation/ demo batches at R&D and preparation of Demo batch summary report of API, High Potent API & Cytotoxic drug.

2.     Query generation of given R&D process in terms of plant operation feasibility and suggestion for negative experiment trials at R&D.

3.     Equipment selection, Process Mapping, TRT calculation, Volume calculation, PFD preparation, per Kg norms calculation, Bar chart preparation & RM calculation.

4.     Detailed workout for Equipment modification along with job list & PFD in existing equipment for scale up purpose.

5.     RMC Calculation, Utility calculation, overhead calculation of existing product/new product.
