Greetings from Tech Mahindra !!! We are glad to inform you that Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate for Email /Semi Voice/Voice process in Kolkata Location.

Designation

• Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile

• Have to resolute customers query over Call

Mandatory Criteria for Email Process:

• Must be a Graduate.
• For Email - Min 1 year experience in Email process from a Telecom/BFSI/Retail industry.
• Must have excellent writing skill
• Must be able to speak good English, Hindi & Bengali

Mandatory Criteria for Semi Voice Job

• Must be a Graduate.
• Fresher's can apply
• Must be able to speak good English, Hindi & Bengali

Mandatory Criteria for Voice

• Must be a Graduate.
• For Email - Min 6 month experience from voice process.
• Must be able to speak good Hindi (Spoken English not required)

Other Important :

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in Shifts window of in between 7 am to 9 pm.
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
• Stipend based training
• Fixed Salary best in the market
• No Sales target
• Full time permanent Job
