• Good computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Mandatory to have Laptop / Desktop, Windows 10, Wifi / Broadband and Antivirus.
• Must be okay to work in 24*7 / Rotational Shift

Job Description :

• Have to take calls from the customers. ( INBOUND VOICE PROCES )
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
