Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for day-to-day activities of Quality Control Department.
2. Reports to Section In-charge-QC.
3. Ensuring the cleanliness of the instruments and work place.
4. Carryout the HPLC analysis of In-Process, Raw material, Intermediates, finished products and stability samples as per the controlled method of analysis.
5. Recording the analysis details in respective work book and other relevant log book for each analysis.
6. Daily calibration of analytical balance.
7. Review of analytical data and reports related to HPLC analysis.
8. Responsible for the investigation of OOS, OOT, Deviations, Laboratory Occurrences and Incidents as per the controlled procedure
9. Responsible for the maintenance of HPLC Columns & Instruments.
10. Planning & Monitoring of HPLC analysis.
11. Responsible for Method Transfer activities related to internal & External Laboratories.
12. Responsible for regulatory/Market Queries and Customer complaints related to HPLC analysis.
13. Calibration of instruments in Quality control as per schedule.
14. Preparation and standardization of bench reagents, indicators and volumetric solutions.
15. Qualification of Working standards.
16. Maintaining the reference standards catalogues and procurement of reference standards as per requirement.
17. Daily monitoring of Working standards ,intermediate standards.
18. Sampling and testing of finished products as per the controlled method of analysis.
19. Responsible for preparation of analytical test reports.
20. Preparation and preservation of retention samples, monitoring the temperature and humidity of retention samples room.
21. Review of calibration records, analysis data and reports pertaining to the analysis.
