ROLE: Coordinating, managing, relationship building and becoming a successful Team member in the process and internal/external customers× cooperating with operations team and ensuring quality of day to day service delivery.

REPORTING TO: Team Leader

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Any Graduate

- Analytical, puzzle solving and troubleshooting skills

- Problem Solving skills

- Knowledge of MS Office along with typing skills

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Prior experience with US Healthcare - Claims  / Medical Billing

- Prior exposure to IT through Education, Training or Work Experience

- Willing to Work in Night Shifts

Work Experience - > 1.5 to 6 years
