Experience: 1-5 Years  (Experience in Property & Casualty)

Eligibility:

• Candidate should have excellent communication
• Candidate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Property & Casualty are only eligible for the process.
• Candidate should be Interested to work in Insurance Domain.
• Candidate should be interested to work in any of the night shifts
• Candidate should have minimum 15 years of education

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Graduate in any stream
• 1 - 3 years of BPO experience
• Intermediary knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Soft Skills and Abilities (Required)

• Good written and verbal Communication
• Basic computer knowledge
• Mathematical/analytical/decision making
• Open to work in 24*7 environment
• Understanding of Performance parameters

Preferred:

• US Insurance Claims experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge (Policy admin activities like renewals, endorsements under Business insurance - Small/Middle Market)
• Exposure to MIS Reporting
