 Walk-In Drive for SAP SD on 8th Feb 2020 for Hyderabad and Chennai locations

Job Description:

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD (Order to Cash) OTC.

2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

3. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

4. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

5. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve OTC problems.

6. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.

7. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

8. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

9. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

10. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

11. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members  

Must Have Technical Skills:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle implementation of SD.

2. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

3. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective

4. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others in DevOps environment.

5. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a adaptability, flexibility and sourcefulness.

6. Should have knowledge on :

Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Debit/Credit Memo, Sales Document Type, Sales Document (header / item / schedule ), Shipping Point Determination , Picking /Packing and PGI, Free of Charge Delivery , Sub-sequent Delivery, Consignment Process, condition technique, Bill of Materials. Invoice,, Blocking Reason, Pricing by item category and Tax Determination Procedure

Good to Have Technical Skills

1. ABAP

Language skills:

1. Fluent in English

2. Good documentation skills in English.

3. German language would be added advantage
