We are looking to hire Freshers / Associates, who are quick learner, have
excellent communication skill and the ability to adapt to the changing
landscapes.
Job Description and Eligibility Criteria:
University graduates and post
graduates (BE/ BTech/MBA/MCA)
Candidates graduating in the year
2018/2019/2020 with strong academic background with min 60% throughout the
career
0-2 years of Financial services /
industry experience
Exceptional analytical skills and
problem-solving ability
Must have excellent interpersonal,
verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office
tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel.
A genuine enthusiasm and interest in
the financial services industry
Professional certifications in Agile/
Scrum Master is a plus
Proactive and responsive team player
Adaptable and thrive under pressure,
set high standard with attention to detail.
Open to work in shifts and willing to
work from any Capco location within India.
