Observation of Good Laboratory
practices as laid down in SOP.
Initiation, completion and filing of Daily Analysis reports.
Analyze finished products, stability study samples and release with proper
Documentation.
Execution of special assignments given by Section Head.
Trouble shooting of the instruments and Equipment's.
Upkeep the control sample, reserve samples and its record.
Disposition of finished products, stability study sample.
Checking of test results against standards and timely reporting of any
Deviations, 00S and OOT result to the Section Head.
Maintenance of Reference standards, Primary standards, working standards,
and GC standards.
Laboratory maintenance as per GLP compliance.
To maintain the safety norms while working in lab (e.g. Use PPE's during handling of samples as per procedure).
Responsible to read, understood and follow EHS SOPs and Guideline.
Attendance on El-IS Training.
Involvement in EHS Informal Inspection.
Sharing of Indident, Accident of other location/Plant in Dept.
Ensure that the hazardous Waste are packed , stored and disposed as per Requirement.
Responsible to make yourself available to attend emergency.
Discuss Shift Highlights of Shift during Charge Handover Meeting.
Any other assignments given by section head or Manager.
Comply with all cGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EHS requirements.
Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
Conduct all task/ activities as per applicable SOPs.
Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedure/ instructions to immediate Supervisor/Manager.
Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to supervisors/ Managers.
