These positions will be based out of our DEHRADUN office location. We have 3 offices in India at Noida, Dehradun & Karnal.
Work Timings: Fixed Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Job Responsibilities :

• Take care of the End to End recruitment cycle.
• Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements
• Understand the job requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.
• Negotiate the rates / salary with the candidates.
• Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
• Coordinate with the candidates for the interviews timings and joining formalities.
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, referrals.
• Interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.

Job Requirements :

• B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / MBA / BBA  B.com  with excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST Timings)
• Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
• One year service contract.
