Locations

Grade to be Offered: Assistant/ Deputy Manager (M1/M2)

CTC to be offered: Upto 4.5 LPA+ Incentive

No. of Positions: 6

Job profile :

• Handling a part of the locations recovery portfolio pertaining to the Business Banking product.
• Collection of dues from delinquent customers through field team, legal and skip tools.
• Will be responsible for grooming agencies/DRA’s to enhance productivity.
• Strategizing and planning legal initiatives for the allocated portfolio.
• Co-ordination with legal machinery for an end to end use of legal tools.
• Candidates with a field background preferred.
• Willingness to work extensively on the field with an agency network.
• Open-minded and willing to learn as the job requires a good bit of analysis and planning.
• Ability to identify and apply the relevant legal tools to enhance the section of the portfolio.
• Quick to use necessary tools to cure the skip portfolio

Note - Candidate Must have basic knowledge of Banking products & Role which he applied for.

Qualification required:

Minimum Graduate with appropriate experience in field Collection
