Job description
- Procure to Pay activities.
- Sourcing support / Ariba
guided buying activities
- Involvement in this process
can include, but is not limited to, reviewing requisitions for quality
assurance, processing shopping carts, PO creation, SDM
creation/modification requests, E2E SDM activities, Vendor Compliance
monitoring.
- Escalate Pending Issues
- Representatives will provide
support to other internal members and teams and to the various Procurement
Managers within the Client Domain.
- Check the requisitions
approved by the local unit for completion to order to the supplier
according well defined rules provided by the local unit.
- Communicate with the Proc Ops
for solving issues on requests.
- Placing purchase orders in
line with the requests.
- Following up, cancelling,
postponing and speeding up orders.
- Contacting suppliers and ask
for quotations and order confirmation.
- Guided buying, Select Ordering
method and channel
- Solve invoice discrepancies in
agreement with the local unit.
- Provide support to other
internal members and teams and to the various End Users and Procurement
Managers
- Adherence to agreed Service
Level Agreements Roles and Responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Strong Written and spoken
proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge in Source to
Pay, Procurement
- Good communication skills;
- Working experience in
SAP/ARIBA,
- Working Knowledge in
MS-Office;
- Good customer service skills.
- Willing to work in night shifts
Exp: 2 to
3 years
Notice Period: Immediate/15
days
Qualification: Any
graduates (With relevant experience can apply )
