customer service for Leading airline’s Re-booking & Notification
Activity.
- Receive, Interpret and Rebook
Passenger using specified procedures
- Passengers of the new
itinerary via an outbound call
- Re booking / notification
passengers on time and with optimum accuracy
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good Communication Skills with
Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO will be an added advantage
- Working Hours : flexible
working hours and rotational shifts ( Morning , Evening & Night
Shifts)
- Work Location :Ready to work
from home & office both
- Fresher’s , Undergraduates
Students( XII pass) currently pursuing education, Sabbatical , Retired
personnel & Housewife are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office,
Excel, Outlook etc.
