Job Profile:
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Provide Support to International
Customers.
- Provide resolution of issues faced by the
customers.
- Offer the right solutions to the
customers.
- Quickly and accurately perform
multi-tasks like talking, listening, seeking information, and
problem-solving.
- Outstation candidates may apply.
- Working Days: 5 Days
working with rotational week off.
- Shift Timings: Should be
flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
- Job location: Hi-tech,
Hyderabad Location.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experiences
with Telecom domain is Mandatory.
- Undergraduates with Minimum 24 months
experience of international voice Support.
- Graduates with Minimum 12 months
experience of international voice Support.
NOTE: Fresher are not eligible.
