Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Customer Service Associate.

Job Role: Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

*Required Skills:-*

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Qualification: - 10+2 ( 6 months Exp )

Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate ( Fresher) can apply.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Shift Timing: - Between 6 am to 1 am (9 hrs- Male)

Between 6 am to 11 pm (9hrs- Female)

*Location: Pune*

Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13200 (in hand)

4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training  

Mandatory language- English, Hindi &  Marathi
