7. Responsible for management of chemical & solvents procurement & storage.

Job Description 2:

1.Responsible to perform Regular analysis.

Responsible to do online documentation and supporting to analytical documents review.
3. Responsible for execution of calibration & ensure the cleanliness of allotted
instruments/equipment's on daily basis.

Responsible for preparations test methods and COA’s.

Responsible to perform support analysis for Validation.

Job Description 3 :

1. Experience in handling complex Injectables analytical method development
Microspheres/Liposome

2. The candidate should have worked in the area of analytical method development of complex inject able formulations.

3. The candidate should have experience of developing analytical methods and validation for formulations including microspheres, depot formulations, Injectables suspensions, liposomes.

4. Proficient in development, validation of analytical methods by various instrumental techniques HPLC, GC, in-vitro dissolution by (USP-IV , Bottle rotating apparatus,),KF,

Added advantage if candidate has experience on reverse engineering of microspheres and liposomes.

Designation : Research Associate /Research Scientist

Qualification:  M.Sc-Chemistry/ M.Sc-Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Key Responsibility:

Analytical -API

1.Validation of Analytical methods for Related substances, Assay and chiral content for API molecule as per

 ICH guidelines in compliance with GLP.

2. Analytical method validations for monograph (USP, EP, BP and JP) methods.

3. Protocol and report preparation for validations

4. Analytical method development utilizing HPLC to chiral (Diastereomers & Enantiomers) and achiral molecules.

5. Extended knowledge on ICH guidelines (Q1,Q2,Q3 Guide lines)

6. Analytical method development utilizing HPLC to chiral (Diastereomers & Enantiomers) and achiral molecules.

7. Generating Reference standards and working standards of Drug Substances (API), intermediates and impurities.

8. Development and validation of cleaning methods by TLC/UV/HPLC/GC

9. Analysis and report preparation of stability study and holding time study.

10. Carrying out preventive maintenance and calibration of analytical instruments.

11.Software operation like Empower (waters), LC Solutions(Shimadzu), Masslynx (waters),

Chromeloene (Thermo scientific), Chemstation (agilants)

Analytical F&D

1. Performing chemical analysis (wet) of Raw material, In process, intermediate and finished product as per need.

2. Performing Instrumental analysis of Raw material, In process, intermediate and finished product.

3. Perform analysis using advance instrumental techniques i.e.NMR, XRD, LCMS, GC-HS-MS, UPLC, DSC, TGA, preparative HPLC etc.

4. To develop suitable analytical method as per product requirement.

5. Preparation of Method development sheet/ evaluation reports.

6. To guide analysts for method development using advances analytical techniques as per need.

7. Lead/guide a group of analysts for routine analysis.

8. Preparation of GTP/STP, Specs,COA etc as per projects requirment.
