Job description

· Carry out the literature survey as per the instructions. Understand the requirements and requisition for required ingredients.

· Carry out the preformulation work and evaluate the lab trials.

· Prepare batches for stability.

· Maintain logbooks and the other documentations of development work.

· Discuss the results of experiments with project leader and suggest improvement.

Required Candidate profile

M.Pharm

Fresher or 1-2 years experience

Research Associate (Formulation Development and Technology Transfer)

Job description:

Research Associate (Formulation development and Technology transfer of Dermatological, Nasal, Oral products)

Responsibility

· Understand the new project and arrange to collect literature survey, the market samples and collect the information on claims / benefits / clinical efficiency.

· Carry out the preformulation work, evaluate the lab trails, prepare batches for stability and monitor the progress. Take remedial actions if necessary.

· Evaluate the product in terms of its intended use coordinate with analytical counterpart and devise the parameters for analysis.

· Advise to production dept. regarding required facilities for upcoming products.

· Suggest and device alternative technique / materials to develop satisfactory product.

· Design efficacy studies. Arrange for the same. Monitor the progress and prepare interpretation.

· Prepare technology transfer documents and submit to QA. Carry out the technology transfer to production.

· Maintain the equipment's (F and D) in efficient running condition and arrange for their qualification/calibration whenever required.

· Arrange for the procurement of required ingredients and their analysis. Arrange for their proper storage and maintain stock register.

Required Candidate profile

Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)
Experience- Min-2 years in Dermatological/ Nasal products
